Some Frequently Asked Questions:

Where do you ship to?
- We currently ship to Europe, Japan, United States, Canada and all around Australia.

How much is shipping internationally?
- For orders up to 5kgs we charge a flat rate of $29 for international purchases. This is sent via Australia Post. Insurance is not included, but is recommended.

How much is domestic shipping?
- We try and use Australia Post express satchels as much as possible. However if this is not viable, we will be sure to send your item via registered post to ensure there is tracking. Insurance is optional and at the buyers cost.
The shipping rates are as follows:
SML = 0-500g = $8
MED = 501g-3kg = $12
LRG = 3kg+ = $17

What is your return policy?
- We offer full refunds if an item is damanged or faulty. We are also happy to exchange if the item was not quite what you expected but is otherwise in good saleable condition. Shipping costs back to Sahara Bloom is at the buyers cost but we will pay for shipping the item back to you.
